My website http://www.articles.tiptopweb.info currently have over 100,000 articles, but still have not much visitors, and the google page ranking is still zero.

The problem your site may have is that it’s a subdomain.
For your site to be recognised by major search engines i.e. Google, you will need a designated domain. Have you thought of doing this? There are really inexpensive hosting companies out there, I particularly like nearlyfreespeech.net, they offer a pay per bandwidth option which is really cheap.
Once you have a registered domain it’s just a matter of transferring all your articles from your present subdomain to new domain.
