I think all answers above may misguide U, Exept Anand’s answer, which i agree with his 100%.
Increase in ranking of ur website will increase the number of visitors, with obvious reasons…
An increase in No of visitors is almost non existance if better ranking is’nt taken into account….

No..it is the other way round..your ranking well on search engines brings you more visitors..
