Backlinks

I would suggest you have a look into Google Webmaster Tools as well as Google Analytics :)

They are both useful and quite straightforward in using them.
Also, they are free.

  1. Daryl Said,

Google Analytics is a free service offered by Google that generates detailed statistics about the visitors to a website. This is aimed at marketers as opposed to webmasters and technologists from which the industry of web analytics originally grew. It is the most widely used website statistics service, currently in use at around 40% of the 10,000 most popular websites. Hope that thing helped.

While Google Analytics is a great resource, it is Google Webmaster Tools that lists your back links. However, Google only shows you a sample of your back links so that your competitors won’t target your link partners.

The best place to find a complete list of your back links is Yahoo Site Explorer (https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com).

Softnik Technologies Good Keywords Version 3.0 is great and tracks backlinks on Google, yahoo, altavista and Microsoft. It’s one of my favorite tools.
