Well, PR is depend on the quality backlink but not the quantity. I can tell you 1PR5 backlink is better than 100PR1backlink.

I don’t know where these other answers are coming from. But I do SEO work for a living. Page Rank is derived exclusively from the number of links that you have to your web site and more specifically to your web sites front door or home page. Yes, the page rank of the linking sites do play a part, but the general overall factor is the number of links that you have. Please read these article for more information.

Now, I want you to think about this question. Why do you want to increase your page rank?
Here is what I am getting at. There is nothing wrong with working on your page rank, but it is not the most important part of SEO. You can have a PR of 1 and still be in the top 10 on numerous search queries.
Developing good PR is an ongoing process that will involve many links and many more e-mails.
Work on your keywords. Get you some well indexed keywords that will lead people to your site. Once you do that, then work on your overall PR.

This will give you a good starting place with your site. Work on your title, sort through your keywords, check your images-this report says that you have 31 images without alt tags. You really need to correct those. Install the 301 redirect. (This report says you only have 7 links by the way…..)
Write you some good keyword rich text for your home page especially.
I would even advise installing a blog on your site. You can build an enormous amount of traffic with a blog.

As per my knowledge is concern Page Rank depends on the Quality vs Quantity of the links…..that means

more less quality links = less more quality links

Page Rank depends on the following factors :

1. Quality Links
2. Site Age
3. Loyal Visitors
4. Site design…etc

Following are the processes to get Page Rank:

1. Directory Submissions
2. Article Submissions
3. Press Releases
4. Link Exchange with Good PR Sites

Then you will get a good page rank…

While "very good" backlinks can be very beneficial to the successful ranking, popularity, of your website, poor backlinks can actually hurt you and lower any page rank that you might have worked hard for.

For example, if you have banklinks from other sites that have a poor ranking already, and worse yet include content that’s not related to the content of your own site, your page ranking will flounder even further.

Think of having quality backlinks to help drive search engine spiders more frequently to visit your website. That, along with adding new and fresh good content.

In looking at your site, you have no page rank now.

I would concentrate in writing more stories about cars for your website. Even starting a car blog would help you out a lot. Try adding more text on your pages instead of just links to your car ads.
